Customizable Configuration
- The CAPTCHA system can be easily configured by the implementor.
- Tailor the difficulty level and puzzle type to suit your specific needs
Attempts and Account Blocking
- By default, the players have three (3) attempts to complete the CAPTCHA challenge.
- If the player fails on the third (3) attempt, their account will be temporarily blocked for one hour.
- Reinforcing security measures against automated bots and unauthorized access.
Disconnect on CAPTCHA Failure
- If a player fails to complete the CAPTCHA, they will be disconnected from the game.
- Ensures the CAPTCHA is a mandatory step before rejoining the game.
Time Limit and Additional Attempts
- Players must complete the CAPTCHA within a specific time limit.
- If the time expires, it counts as another attempt, leading to disconnection.
- Prevents players from delaying or bypassing the CAPTCHA challenge.
Suspicious Activity Detection
- Rapid completion of the CAPTCHA is considered suspicious.
- Players might be required to solve an additional CAPTCHA to verify their authenticity.
- Additional layer of security to detect and prevent automated or malicious activities.
CAPTCHA Enable/Disable Functionality
- The CAPTCHA feature can be enabled or disabled as per the implementor's requirements.
- Flexibility to adapt the system based on user feedback or specific game scenarios.
Triggering CAPTCHA
- CAPTCHA can be triggered based on specific events.
- Currently triggered every hour a player is in-game (resets upon teleportation or relog)
- Also triggered when a player reaches a certain number of monster kills (this count is reset after completing the CAPTCHA challenge)
