[Întrebare] How to attack from a mount below horse level 11?

I’m working on martysama files and I have a built-in mount system.
The problem is that I’d like to enable attacking from a mount below horse level 11. Right now, I can only attack from a mount when the horse is level 11 or higher.
Ideally, I want to make it possible to attack from a mount starting from level 0.

After installing this modification, I can now attack from a regular horse
but what I meant was to be able to deal damage from a mount below horse level 11
