A modern, ready-to-install Metin2 server built on martysama 5.9 and heavily extended:
157 server systems + 138 client systems, every one behind its own #define, so you can switch any of them off.

CLIENT – FAST AND MODERN

• DirectX 11 renderer with automatic DirectX 9 fallback; same picture as DX9 (pixel-tested), 17-37% less CPU work per frame
• Uncapped FPS – 300+ in towns on a mid-range PC
• GPU skinning, multi-threaded animation, batched UI text / effects / item names (big drop piles stay smooth)
• Smooth map loading while walking, LZ4 packs read 10-17x faster
• Python scripts compiled into the exe (Cython) – no loose .py files to steal or edit
• Packs with own encryption, no file names, SHA-256 per file and Ed25519 signature – public extractors can't open them, a changed pack is refused
• Client guard (anti-cheat), crash dumps
• 12 languages (EN, RO, DE, ES, FR, GR, HU, IT, PL, PT, TR, CZ), chosen at the login screen
• In-game wiki (items, bosses, drops), fog levels, boss size option, window animations, death grayscale, FXAA / sharpen / colour grading

SERVER (FreeBSD, C++)

• Improved packet encryption, port security, flood limits, speed / hack checks with logs
• Offline shops (ikashop) + search shop, switchbot (7 slots x 3 alternatives), biologist with auto delivery
• Belt inventory 6x5 + special inventories, stack 5000, 5 characters per account, channel switch
• General maps shared by all channels, teleport window with world map
• Dungeon manager + dungeons: Orc Catacomb, Monkey Lord, Razador, Nemere

• The interface is taken from Saryong and is used for looks only – you can replace it with any design you want.
• Everything that was changed is behind a #define – every system can be switched on or off individually.
• The server comes with a large number of systems, most of them focused on optimization, so FPS drops and frame spikes are not an issue.
• No loading bar – models load instantly.
