3ds Max 2026 Export Plugin (Beta)
We've always wanted to contribute something valuable to the Metin2 community, and we hope this plugin will become one of those contributions that people will remember.
As many of you already know, the original Metin2 export plugin was never updated to support newer versions of 3ds Max. Its development stopped years ago, and it only works with 3ds Max 2018 or earlier.
Autodesk introduced many changes between 3ds Max 2018 and 3ds Max 2026, making the old plugin incompatible with modern versions of the software.
For this reason, we've developed a new export plugin that supports the latest versions of 3ds Max.
Current Status
The plugin is currently in Beta and has been successfully tested. At the moment, it supports 3ds Max 2021 through 2026.
Features
Full support for 3ds Max 2021–2026.
Faster and smoother navigation through the export menus and options.
Exported models have a smaller file size compared to those exported with the old plugin.
Designed to work with the latest versions of 3ds Max while maintaining a familiar workflow.
Beta Testing
The plugin is currently in the Beta testing phase.
If you'd like to help test it and contribute to its development, feel free to contact me and I'll send you a copy.
Once all reported issues have been resolved and the plugin is considered
stable, it will be released to the community for free.

Hello everyone!
Since it's difficult for me to send this new version individually to everyone who contacted me before, I've decided to publish it here instead. If you encounter any issues, please report them to me.
First of all, I'd like to thank everyone who has helped by testing the plugin and reporting bugs. Your feedback has been very helpful.
Changes in Version 0.1
Fixed all reported bugs and issues.
Added support for 3ds Max 2018, 2023, and 2027.
Improved overall stability.
If you're using another version of 3ds Max that isn't currently supported, let me know and I'll add support for it in future updates whenever possible.
About 3ds Max 2018
The new plugin can
run alongside the original export plugin without any conflicts. This also makes it easier to compare both plugins and helps speed up bug testing and verification.
I'll continue releasing updates whenever I have the opportunity to improve the plugin.
