Support Department – Includes Trial Game Master and Game Master positions. This team provides direct support to players and maintains close communication with the community. Our Support team helps players as needed, but you may still be asked by the Development team to participate in tests.
Quality Department – Focused on QA and testing. This team handles suggestions, bug reports, and feedback from players. They do not provide player support directly.
- Currently, the Quality department has only one position available. A Quality Assurance team member is not required to provide in-game support, which means they hold no rank in the game—only on our forum or Discord.
