[C++] DPI Aware client

*Descriere: By default metin2 client does not use DPI Aware function, wich means no matter what resolution you set he is playing in 4:3 res not FULL HD.
With this you will play for now in FULL HD or 4k or 8k or whatever. GL Scaling your entire UI or wear glasses

*Poze / Video: The images are fucked up by Lightshot but even with that the difference is HUGE ! Watch sura head to see the pixelation

Uita-te la calitatea imaginii de login.

Se vede ca e o imbunatatire vizibila.

Prima poza e pixelata in draci. (uita te la fetele caracterelor)

Basicly your metin2 client uses system dpi, so it means it will stretch the client every time. With this improvement your client will use high dpi like any other games and will not stretch the client anymore, the game is now really running in HD or 2k or 4k. As White said, you can see the pixelation, but you can test this in game, anyways you will need UI Scale system if you want to use this. Also you can see the login UI is stretched before and after is not anymore, it uses native resolution
