- System purpose is showing maps and their regens(npc, stone and boss) with visual design.
- System has a new regen algorithm from getting from client pack. (New regen has a script for convert original regen to new regen for this system)
- Teleport check has min and max level check and yang check.
- Teleport request is safe by server side
