I'd like to introduce Metin3, an independent fan-made project that takes a different approach to the familiar Metin experience.

Instead of following the traditional MMORPG server model, Metin3 focuses on a story-driven single-player RPG experience with optional co-op multiplayer.

Explore the world, complete quests, develop your character, fight challenging enemies, and experience a dedicated campaign at your own pace.

A DIFFERENT WAY TO EXPERIENCE METIN

Metin3 is designed for players who enjoy the classic Metin gameplay loop but want a more personal and structured adventure.

Key features include:

• Single-player gameplay — Play locally without depending on a traditional MMORPG server.
• Story Mode — Follow a dedicated campaign from level 1 to level 99.
• 127 quests — 95 story quests, 23 side contracts, and 9 horse-training lessons.

• Local and cloud saves — Keep your progress on your PC and synchronize it through Metin3 HUB.

• Dungeons and bosses — Explore dangerous locations and face challenging enemies.

THE CORUPTIA METIN CAMPAIGN

Metin3 features a dedicated campaign spanning levels 1–99, divided into six acts.

The adventure begins in Jinno, where the world faces a growing threat connected to corruption and mysterious stones created through alchemy.

Your journey takes you through ruined territories, temples, a dimensional rift, a reconquest, and a hidden fortress, eventually leading to a final confrontation with Lord Metin.

The quest system includes:

• 95 main story quests.
• 23 side contracts.
• 9 horse-training lessons.
• A dedicated quest journal.
• Quest objectives and rewards.
• Quest markers above relevant targets.
• 3D previews to help identify quest objectives.

FOUR PLAYABLE CLASSES

Warrior

A frontline fighter focused on close-range combat, powerful weapons, and heavy armor. Choose between Body and Mental specializations.

Ninja

A mobile damage dealer who can specialize in dagger combat or ranged attacks with a bow.

Sura

A hybrid fighter who combines weapon combat with magical power. Choose between Weaponry and Black Magic.

Shaman

A magical specialist who combines offensive spells with supportive abilities. Choose between Dragon and Healing specializations.

Every class can complete the campaign solo, allowing you to choose the playstyle that suits you best.

EXPLORE THE WORLD

Your adventure begins in Pyungmoo, in the Jinno Kingdom, but there are many more locations to discover.

Explore areas such as:

• Seungryong
• Yongbi Desert
• Mount Sohan
• Fire Land
• Land of Giants
• Forest areas
• Demon Tower
• Spider Dungeon 2
• Exile Cave

The game also features a minimap, area map, world clock, and twelve teleporter destinations.

You can inspect enemy levels, statistics, and potential drops before entering combat.

OPTIONAL CO-OP — PLAY TOGETHER

Single-player remains at the heart of Metin3, but you can invite friends into your world whenever you want to play together.

Getting started is simple:

1. Load your world and enter the game.
2. Host a co-op session.
3. Share the generated session code with your friends.
4. Your friends select Play Co-op and enter the code.
5. Fight together and enjoy the adventure.

The connection system supports direct connections on the same network and relay connections when necessary for remote players.

No manual port forwarding is required.

No forced multiplayer. No mandatory parties. Just the freedom to play solo or together.

CHARACTER PROGRESSION

Character development goes beyond simply gaining levels.

• Progress from level 1 to level 99.
• Improve your character's attributes.
• Upgrade and refine weapons and armor.
• Collect accessories and costumes.
• Earn Yang and complete achievements.
• Obtain upgrade materials through gameplay.
• Develop your own character build.

CRAFTING, GATHERING & COMPANIONS

Blacksmith Crafting

Use Farm Tokens and Yang to obtain consumables, upgrade materials, and special items.

Fishing and Mining

Gather resources and take part in activities beyond combat.

Horse Training

Complete nine training lessons, feed and ride your horse, and progress from a foal to a warhorse. You can also break Metin Stones while riding.

Companions and Buffi

Recruit a companion from any class, equip them, and choose their combat mode.

Alternatively, summon Buffi, a support Shaman who levels up and provides buffs during your adventure.

Achievements

Complete 38 achievements covering progression, hunting, exploration, crafting, quests, playtime, horse training, co-op, and secrets.

LOCAL SAVES & METIN3 HUB

Metin3 is designed around persistent personal progression.

• Create named saves from the main menu.
• Keep up to four characters in each save.
• Store encrypted saves locally on your PC.
• Synchronize saves with your account through Metin3 HUB.
• Continue your adventure on another computer using your account.

What is Metin3 HUB?

Metin3 HUB is the Windows launcher and central hub for the project. It handles installation, updates, cloud-save synchronization, and access to the game's purchase options.

A one-day free trial is available for players who want to try the experience before purchasing.
