Hi everyone,

M2Panel is a complete website + player panel + admin panel for private servers, delivered as a managed service (SaaS). You keep working on the game, we handle hosting, security, payments, e-mail and updates.
It is not a script you download and patch yourself. Every server gets its own isolated deployment, and fixes/new features roll out to all customers at once at no extra cost.

Built properly, not vibe-coded
A player panel handles accounts, passwords and real money. A quickly generated one can look fine on day one – until it leaks your database, double-credits a top-up or falls over on launch day. M2Panel is engineered and maintained like production software:

• Static analysis (PHPStan) and coding standards checks
• Automated test suite (PHPUnit) run before every release
• Security audit done, least-privilege database access, encrypted secrets
• Safe updates with rollback, off-site backups, 60-second monitoring

Instead of vibe-coding your own panel and hoping nothing breaks after launch, use one that is already built, tested and running. You spend your time on the game – we take responsibility for the website.

What it does NOT need from you

• No root or SSH access to your game server
• No game source code
• No public MySQL port
• No changes to your existing game tables – we use one extra web_ext database next to yours. If you leave, you drop it.

How it connects to your server

• Your game DB is reached only through a WireGuard tunnel – you install it from a bundle we generate.
• A generated GRANT script creates two MySQL users: one read-only, one with write access to selected columns only.
• Supported: MySQL 5.7+ (8.4 recommended), MariaDB 10.4+, on FreeBSD 13+ or Linux (kernel 5.6+).
• Database profiles for popular server file families (vanilla, Marty, Owsap…). Custom schema? We write a profile from your table/column list. A validator checks schema, encoding and time zone before launch.

Payments

• CashBill, PayPal, Stripe, HotPay built in – other providers on request
• Your own merchant accounts: 100% of player payments go straight to you, we never touch the money
• Top-ups credited automatically; payments interrupted by an outage are reconciled automatically

E-mail & legal

• E-mail from your own domain – we set up DKIM, SPF, DMARC; bounces and complaints are handled
• Versioned terms and privacy policy, consent recorded at sign-up, re-acceptance after changes (GDPR)

Security & reliability

• Website sits behind Cloudflare Tunnel – no public HTTP port, origin IP hidden
• Full isolation per server: own containers, network, database and tunnel
• Secrets encrypted (SOPS/age), operator panel behind VPN + 2FA
• Game DB replica: if your game server or the connection goes down, the site keeps running read-only (ranking, panel, logs). Write actions show a clear message instead of a 500, and nothing waits longer than 5 s.
• Health checks every 60 s, off-site backups, updates with rollback

Note: we protect the website and panels. DDoS protection of your game ports stays with your game server host.

Your design
Send us your HTML/CSS, graphics and fonts – we turn them into a theme. The look is yours; forms, validation and security stay on our side. Logo, server name, currency and links can be changed later in the admin panel.

Same features in every plan – the price depends only on how many players you have online (we measure it ourselves, nothing to install).

Onboarding

1. Intro call – we match a DB profile to your server files
2. You install WireGuard and run the GRANT script
3. You send your design, we connect your domain to Cloudflare and set up e-mail
4. You publish your terms and open registration – we deploy, monitor and update

Good to know

• SaaS – no source code is delivered; that's how every customer gets fixes and features at the same time
• Your data stays yours: you get a full export if you leave
• You are the controller of your players' data, we act as a processor
• Hosting, updates, security and monitoring are included in the subscription
