Library Migration: libjpeg and Devil libraries have been removed and replaced with stb libraries.
File Loading Optimization:
.dds files continue to use DX9Ex (DirectX 9 Ex).
Other formats such as .jpg and .png are now processed via stb.
Compatibility: These changes are fully compatible with MartySama v5.9; the system will function correctly once the files are replaced.
Cleanup: You can now safely remove the Devil.dll and libjpeg libraries from your project directory.
