Issue implementing armors and items in general

Hello my dear friends, I came across multiple videos of how to implement weapons or armors into metin2 but im having some issues at the moment, most of the videos use old programs that create imcompatible item_protos with my files cuz they are old id like some help most of them use the xml while my fules use item_proto.txt and i'd like to know if anyone has a more recent program to create items compatible with the item_proto.txt version.
On another note im willing to pay some amount for someone that makes a video tutorial on how to add weapons / armors and maybe general items in the files im currently running
