Question about creating a metin2 server

Hello, I was looking for resources to learn how to create a server and i came across this website which is great btw it seems like it really has everything you can ask for
My idea would be a 60 pvp 40 pvm servers but Im not sure which server files to pick from the recommended ones and after picking the server files do they come with a client can I just pick any client?
